I really enjoyed my time here in Beaujolais. Although this is my final part for Beaujolais, there is still one visit that I have yet to write about that really impacted me the most which is Louis Jadot’s Château des Jacques.

The very first thing that got me interested in wine when I was seventeen was winemaking. After all, I was a science student.
It may seem incongruous to being writing of luxuriating in five-star accommodation in Paris, then switch to a self-contained apartment in the bustling, bohemian prefecture around Montmartre and the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, but Paris’s incredible diversity of urban-scapes and cultural moods is all part of its magnetic charm.
