Chinese Lacquered Duck Shanghai style - These ducks came from Carrefour market here in Pudong, at the Thumb Plaza, the kitchen run by an awesome woman and it just goes to show, how great food and especially duck can be in gentle hands; we have been back three times for the dame duck… the only issue is the thinness of the breasts however the juice that runs out of them when I remove the skewer is amazing in itself.
