Director of Harlan Estate, Don Weaver in Singapore

Harlan Estate wine labelHarlan Estate Wine Dinner – Hosted by Mr. Don Weaver and Hart Davis Hart Wine Co.

Please join Mr. Don Weaver from Harlan Estate and Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. for an exceptional evening featuring the legendary wines of Harlan Estate.  British wine writer Jancis Robinson perhaps summed Harlan up best when she asked rhetorically “why doesn’t all wine taste like this?”

Robert Parker added his own take offering that “Harlan Estate might be the single most profound red wine made not just in California, but in the world.” Les Amis Chef de Cuisine Amin Leitgeb will be preparing a special multi-course meal in the private dining room of highly acclaimed Les Amis.
