Robert Parker added his own take offering that “Harlan Estate might be the single most profound red wine made not just in California, but in the world.” Les Amis Chef de Cuisine Amin Leitgeb will be preparing a special multi-course meal in the private dining room of highly acclaimed Les Amis.
